Can’t Believe It’s Over

phillies.jpg

It was the worst loss of the season for us. We came all this way for a loss against the Phillies? No, that can’t happen. I thought we were gonna make it. I really did. Don’t get me wrong, the Phillies played some good baseball and I congratulate them, but still it’s very upsetting. It’s hard to believe the season’s done, but I guess there’s always next year. And I can’t wait for that series when we really win it all. Since the season’s done I don’t know if I’ll still be posting blogs until next season, but I’ll try and keep you guys updated. Well, that’s all for this post.

We Have to Win

This is crazy. Phillies beating us 10-2? That’s messed up. We only have one chance to beat them tomorrow. If we don’t win, then we’re done for this season. That really sucks. If we don’t win, it will be a dissapointment to the Rays, and the fans. We didn’t come this far to see all of our chances to be wasted, no, we came to win, and that’s exactly what we’re going to do. Even if it takes all night, we will come back on top, like we did before. It’s all about claiming the big trophy. And that trophy should be ours.

Phillies 5 – Rays 4

Tough loss for us. I thought we would take the 2-1 lead against Philadelphia. It kinda sucks. It was an exciting game, but I thought Matt Garza would help us out this game. But we still have 4 more games. We have to win the next 3 in Philadelphia, or we’re dead. The rain delay was so long, that I thought they would have to cancel the game. I didn’t even watch it because I thought it wouldn’t happen. But I wasn’t going to stay up all night again, like game 2 in the ALCS. But like I said, we’ll show the Phillies how much we want it.

American League Champions!!!

The best Rays game I have seen. Yesterday was one of the greatest nights of my life. I’m so happy I was apart of it. Now that we’re in the World Series, we’re gonna have to take on the Phillies. I think we’re gonna do a great job. It still isn’t over until it’s over, and we’ll show how much we want this.

Who could forget Akinori Iwamoura’s out against Jason Bay? And that run that Carlos Pena scored? Or the strikeouts that Matt Garza pitched? It was a great game and I’m looking forward to the World Series.

One Last Chance

It’s tied now, and whoever wins tonights game, is going to take on the Phillies. Let’s make one point clear here, the Red Sox make great comebacks. They have won against so many 3-1 leads before, that they’re doing it now. Tonight’s game kind of worries me, but I have a good feeling about it. We’re at home, we have excellent players, and we have one more chance to make it. Let’s just keep in mind that this is the last chance we have this season.

Another Great Game, A Closer Chance At the World Series

It was an awesome game yesterday. The best part was Rocco Baldelli’s homer. I thought that was cool. Another great homer was from Even Longoria’s in the 3rd inning. Now we have a 2-1 lead against Boston, but it’s not over yet. We have played the Red Sox so many times this season, that the Rays know how they play. They could have a trick up their sleeve. I’m just curious to see what will happen tonight in Game 4. Like I said before, it’s going to be a long series, and only one team advances to the World Series.

Great Comeback!

Rays Celebrate3.jpg

It was a long game last night. A see-saw of home runs.  But it was a good game that ended in extra innings.  I knew the Rays would make a great comeback. The 2 runs scored by Even Longoria, the run by Fernando Perez. It was great, and I’m looking forward to Boston tomorrow. I have a good feeling about what’s going to happen on Monday. It just feels great. It’s going to be a long series and only one team will stay.

It’s Ok

The first ALCS game was last night, and the Rays had a tough lost against Boston. But, we still have 3 more games and I know the Rays will make an exciting comeback against the Red Sox. There wasn’t that much drama last night. Well, not for me. I just didn’t feel it. And that’s something with the Rays, the more drama, the better they do. Well, I’m not that upset about the loss. I’m just hoping we do better.

Looking Forward to Game 1 Tomorrow

Hey guys! So, I’m really looking forward to the game tomorrow. I’m going to Lee Roy Selmon’s tomorrow to watch it. The Rays have done an outstanding job this season, and so have the Red Sox. The thing is, is that they played each other so many time this season, and it’s hard to tell who plays better. I’m hoping it will be a good game tomorrow.

ALDS Win

We’re in the ALCS! AHHH! That’s so exciting isn’t it? Well, I’m gonna have to see who wins the game with the Red Sox and Angels. But did you see Grant Balfour’s strikeout in the 9th inning? And who could forget B.J Upton’s 2 homers. That just proves we are number 1. And lets not forget Akinori Iwamoura’s base hit and run. Now I’m just as happy as the Rays are. Well, maybe not as happy as them, but I am very happy. Tell me what you think. I love reading the comments.
