One Last Chance

It's tied now, and whoever wins tonights game, is going to take on the Phillies. Let's make one point clear here, the Red Sox make great comebacks. They have won against so many 3-1 leads before, that they're doing it now. Tonight's game kind of worries me, but I have a good feeling about it. We're at home, we have excellent players, and we have one more chance to make it. Let's just keep in mind that this is the last chance we have this season.

Things I would like to see: Rocco playing at 100% would be awsome.

Well from a yankee veiw point, 2 years ago I would have said Rocco Baldelli. Untill he injured himself. I prayed that Brian Cashman would notice him and try to aquire him for the team. Here, I thought would be the perfect Yankee replacement for Bernie. And like Bernie was, could be the new cornerstone of the yankees. A Yankee dynasty in order to exist, traditionaly needs a great player at center. Rocco could be a rebirth of our yankee dynasty for years to come. He is definitly in the mold of the classic Yankee Centerfielders; size, speed and power. Should he recover from his injuries I think he has what it takes to fill the most prestigious position in all the majors, center field for the Yankees. Well, the reality is unfortunatly he has an injury to his arm or elbow that can cut short his carreer. Today at 26yrs he quietly works valiantly and courageously to make it back to his old form. Look into him jimy. He's worth the gamble by cashman to try and get him. A natural. If Brian gives him a shot it could be an incredible story. Pass it along
